Through their own profound journey of shadow integration and trauma healing, Ash has cultivated a deep capacity to hold sacred space for others' evolution. Their personal dedication to embracing and integrating all aspects of self has revealed a powerful truth: when we courageously face our shadows and accept and honor all parts of ourselves, we don't just heal trauma and pain—we unlock doorways to genuine joy and everyday magic.

Ash's unique approach weaves together energy work (John Barnes Myofascial Release, Andean Shamanism & Reiki), ceremonial practices, sound healing, and coaching to activate the highest potential in every being they serve. Ash is particularly drawn to the transformation that emerges through the power of sacred containers, intentional space-holding and integration of all of life's experiences - where deep soul healing and lasting change become possible.

Deeply committed to supporting long-term transformation rather than temporary shifts, Ash creates powerful containers for sustained growth through intimate bespoke retreats (SACRED RETREAT), group ceremony (SACRED REMEMBRANCE) and one-on-one healing membership (SACRED ALCHEMY). These immersive experiences allow participants to not only access profound wisdom but to fully integrate this wisdom into their daily lives, creating lasting change that ripples out into our communities and beyond.

All the equipment you need to host yoga or meditation circles in this energetically powerful space! The space comes with 10 yoga mats, 5 sets of blocks and 5 blankets.

Help our community heal through your circles & ceremonies. The space comes equipment with 10 floor seats and 12 regular height chairs.

With deep reverence and gratitude, we acknowledge that The Sanctuary at The Chace Mill rests on the ancestral lands of the Abenaki people, the traditional stewards of these lands and waters. We honor their enduring relationship with these lands, their wisdom, and their continuing presence in our region today.
 
This land has been a place of gathering, healing, and spiritual connection for countless generations. As we continue our work of healing and transformation at The Sanctuary, we commit to walking gently upon this earth, learning from Indigenous wisdom traditions, and fostering right relationship (ayni) with both the land and its original peoples.
