I’m Ash St. Gelais, founder of The Sanctuary for Healing & Liberation—a business devoted to deep healing, self leadership, and the kind of business growth that changes lives. We are creating a global movement, in Vermont, and across the globe through virtual offerings that support people in healing, leading, and serving at a higher level.
 
I help holistic healers and service-led leaders turn their calling into a grounded, sustainable business—without abandoning their spirituality, burning out, or shrinking when it’s time to be seen.
I didn’t learn this work from a textbook.
I learned it by building real businesses while answering a real calling—and by bridging two worlds most people think you have to choose between:
  • The spiritual: intuition, energy, devotion, embodiment, and the inner work required to hold bigger visions
  • The practical business stuff: messaging, pricing, consistency, systems, and showing up even when the mind gets loud

I haven’t had a boss since 2014 (I was 26), I became a net worth millionaire before I turned 30, and over the years I’ve built a $3.5M real estate portfolio, created a property management company that runs without me, and curated a lakeside oasis with 200+ five-star Airbnb reviews.
 
I understand what it takes to create results in the real world—while staying anchored in heart, integrity, and energetic truth.
